When do we choose a plan?
Register your hospital now; you choose a plan before your first patient books.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. Every plan has the whole platform, and the free website comes with every plan.
What does paying yearly cost?
The month's price less the plan's yearly discount, paid for the year.
Is there a fee on bookings?
On every booking the assistant makes, Hospita keeps a fee of 4 to 5% of the consultation or test. Bookings your front desk makes carry no fee.
How do patients pay?
Online as they book, through Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. If they cancel before the visit starts, the money goes back the way they paid.
What if more doctors join?
A plan may name a price for each doctor beyond the ones it includes; it is shown on the plan.
Diagnostic centres?
They register the same way. A fee is kept only on tests Hospita brings; tests booked at the centre's own desk carry none.
